This page records what changes on One Minute Invoice and when. Each entry lists what was added, changed or fixed in that release, and a short section at the end shows what is planned next. Changes to the privacy policy or the terms are noted here too, so you can see what moved without reading both pages again.

First public release.

  • Seven document types in one editor: invoice, receipt, estimate, purchase order, credit note, proforma invoice and delivery note, each with its own labels, fields and number sequence.
  • Ten country presets: Canada (with a province picker), United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, European Union, India (CGST/SGST or IGST, HSN/SAC column), South Africa and Singapore. Each sets currency, paper size, date format, heading wording, ID labels, default tax lines and a checklist.
  • 25 templates: 18 invoice templates by trade, five receipt templates, a quote and a purchase order, each with sample items, custom fields and a downloadable blank PDF.
  • Six PDF layouts: Classic, Modern, Minimal, Compact, Ledger and Receipt, with accent colour, logo, A4 or Letter paper and four date formats.
  • PDF engine built on pdfmake, running in a Web Worker so the editor never freezes; self-hosted Inter and Noto Sans fonts with currency symbols; selectable text and proper PDF metadata.
  • Totals with a discount before or after tax, up to three tax lines with compound and tax-inclusive options, shipping, amount paid and balance due, all calculated in exact minor units.
  • Local history under Recent documents with Draft, Sent, Paid and Void statuses, search by client or number, and re-download from the stored data.
  • Duplicate, convert and mark as paid: estimate to invoice, invoice to credit note, and invoice to receipt when marked paid.
  • Export and import of all data as one JSON file, plus Settings → “Delete all my data”.
  • Offline support: installable as a progressive web app; visited pages, the editor and PDF generation work without a connection.
  • Dark mode, following your system setting or set by hand.
  • Keyboard-friendly line items, undo and redo, and a mobile layout with Edit and Preview tabs.

Planned

Not promised and not in order, but on the list:

  • Label sets and page copy in Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
  • An item catalogue of saved products and services, and CSV import of line items.
  • Multiple business profiles for people who invoice under more than one name.
  • A QR code on the PDF that opens your payment link.
  • More templates where people ask for them, and a hub of blank templates to download.
