What is stored on your device

Everything you type into the editor is saved in IndexedDB, a database inside your browser that belongs to this site alone. It holds:

• your business profile (name, address, contact details, tax IDs and payment details);
• your client list;
• your documents, with their status and history;
• templates you have saved;
• settings such as the country preset, currency, layout and accent colour;
• the number counters for each document type;
• logos you upload, stored as image files.

This data stays in the browser and on the device where you entered it. It is not synchronised to another device, and we cannot see it, restore it or recover it for you.

What never leaves your browser

There is no server behind the editor, no database of users and no account. The PDF is generated by a library running in your browser, the preview is drawn from the same data, and the Email action only opens your own mail program. No request from this site carries your form content, your line items, your client’s details, your logo or the finished file. The static pages are served by a content delivery network, which handles requests the way any web host does: it sees the address of the page requested and your IP address, never the contents of a document. You can confirm all of this with your browser’s Network tab; the how-it-works page shows how.

Deleting your data

Settings → “Delete all my data” removes every document, client, profile, template, logo, counter and setting from this browser in one step. It cannot be undone, so use Export data first if you want a copy. Clearing site data or cookies for oneminuteinvoice.com in your browser settings removes the same data. Because nothing is stored elsewhere, deleting it here deletes it everywhere.

localStorage

Two small preferences are kept in localStorage rather than IndexedDB: your theme choice (light, dark or system) and which tab of the editor you last used on a phone. They contain nothing about your documents and are removed along with the site data.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to count visits. It is cookieless, sets no identifier in your browser, and reports aggregate numbers only: page views, referrers, countries and browser types.

Where Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it records event counts and categories: that a PDF was downloaded, which document type it was, whether the page was a tool, country, template, hub or site page, and which preset was in use. Events never contain names, amounts, line items, addresses or any text you typed. Google Analytics loads only with your consent under the settings described below and honours the choice you make.

Advertising

The site is funded by display ads served by Google AdSense. Before any ad loads you are shown a Google-certified consent message, and the site uses Consent Mode v2, which means advertising storage and personalisation are switched off until you agree. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they are not personalised and no advertising cookie is set. If you accept, Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your interests. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the privacy settings link in the site footer, and you can manage ad personalisation across all sites in Google’s ad settings, reached from your Google account. Ads never appear inside the editor, beside the Download button, or on this page, the terms page, the contact page or the offline page.

What is not collected

There is no third-party error tracking and no session recording. There are no newsletters, no sign-up forms and no marketing email, because we never learn your email address unless you write to us.
